I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 69 of 2016 arising out of Turkaulia P.S.Case No. 04 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Motiahri, East Champaran is again rejected on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26424 and analogous cases.
