The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 413, 414, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in removal of the transformer of VTL company from Bela and Mahipur site for its sale.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 17.2.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded. It is further submitted that a supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the receipt of deposits of cost

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49821 of 2021(6) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 of Rs. 5000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. The same is taken on record.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P) P.S. Case no. 98 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, West, Muzaffarpur.
