In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Katihar (M) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014, G.R. No. 3492 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation made in the first information report, the petitioner has associated in the commission of the crime and also threatened for dire consequence mentioned in the body of the fardbeyan, accused persons have been mentioned to be involved in commission of the crime and so much so, Para 22 of the case diary suggests the manner and modality, was adopted in effecting the commission of the crime which is supported by the post mortem
