Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two country made pistols and cartridges are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 25.03.2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
