2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., on 15.11.24 at about 7:15 PM, while nephew of informant went to fetch water near his house, in the meantime, this petitioner came there and assaulted on his head by means of Mathiya. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came in front of the house of informant and started abusing and assaulting informant with lathi, danda.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2024 and charge sheet has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Naugacchia (Bhagalpur) in connection with Kharik P.
