The petitioner is accused in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016, registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to land dispute, petitioner and two others named in the F.I.R. started to abuse. In that course the petitioner caused injury through axe to Jagdish Thakur, grandfather of the informant, when the informant made intervention, he was also assaulted by the petitioner through axe. Jitendra Kumar and Bindu Devi son and wife of the petitioner also caused injury through lathi and stick to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27740 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the allegation is of causing injury through axe by the petitioner to informant and his grandfather, but injuries as found on their person are lacerated in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Uda-Kishunganj P.S.
