The petitioner has been in custody since 29.01.2018 in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 303/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law in a case registered under Section 304(b) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that though the allegation is that all the persons in the family together strangulated the daughter of the informant, there appears to be no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted, by means of supplementary affidavit, that the petitioner has already been

Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
