JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 15.05.2016 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 341 of the IPC.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant but it is the complainant who deserted the petitioner, however, the petitioner is still ready to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That the impugned order also reflects that the

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Benipur, Biraul in connection with Complaint Case No. 276 of 2014.
