JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P. S. Case No.59 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act.

The petitioner was granted provisional bail by order dated 27.01.2022 with a direction to both petitioner and the informant to be physically present in the Court today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is present. The learned counsel for the informant submits that the information was given to the informant regarding appearance in compliance of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49455 of 2021(3) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 27.01.2022, but for reason best known to her, the informant is not present today in the Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after hearing the learned counsel for the informant, the provisional bail of the petitioner granted by order dated 27.01.2022 is hereby confirmed. He shall remain on the same bail bonds.
