The documents in support of the said statement have been brought on record along with the counter affidavit. Considering the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if according to the petitioner, any further amount has remained due to be paid against his post retrial dues, he can approach the concerned authority/authorities for the same.
