2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of butt of pistol. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra
