Petitioner is said to have carried 93.600 ltrs. of wine from Nepal and during course thereof, he was apprehended. However, from the seizure list, it is evident that petitioner has got no presence over it having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner namely Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairginia P.S. case no. 84 of 2016.
