JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-09-2016 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is getting pension. However, his grievance is with regard to amount of Rs. 5,97,471/- out of Rs. 12,34,136 which has not been paid to the petitioner which is equivalent to 56 months pension. It is also contended that the petitioner was paid retiral benefits after one and half years of his retirement. Therefore, he would also be entitled for payment of interest upon it as per circular.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent nos. 5 and 6 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7001 of 2015 dt.16-09-2016 redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Let a decision be taken by the competent authority in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of an application by the petitioner and if any amount is found to be due, that amount should also be paid within two months. This disposes of this writ application.
