The petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 180/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named Rupesh Kumar Jha and alleged that Rupesh Kumar Jha and others entered into the room committed robbery and took away Rs. 15,000/- from the possession of the informant and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confession of co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2016, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
