Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(A), 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner was apprehended in a drunken condition. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikty Police Station
