2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody since 25.09.2015 and has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 385/589 of 2017 arising out of Imamgunj P.S. Case No. 78 of 1995, for the offence alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 324, 326, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act having twice been rejected by orders dated 12.07.2016 and 05.07.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27293 of 2016 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8154 of 2017, respectively.

3. Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/BT U T
