JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against 18 accused persons including the petitioner. Specific allegation of commission of firearm injury is against coaccused Jitendra Singh. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
