The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2018 in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually the petitioner is nowhere involved in this case but only for the reasons that he is said to have used the mobile number at some point of time, the petitioner is being roped in and has been remanded in the present case.

Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19425 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 Learned counsel for the State, after perusal of the case diary, submits that the petitioner is said to be the user of said mobile number and there is no further material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner in connection with the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate , Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017.
