2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 having earlier been rejected by order dated 12.02.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46098 of 2015.

3. Having regard to the submissions of the parties and no subsequent development has been brought on record being relied by the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to take a different view in the matter and hence the bail petition stands dismissed.
