The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila Bhabua P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 registered under Sections 354/354(A)/341/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case for the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35590 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
