JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33066 of 2017 with an observation to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of seven months and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed in this case and there is no substantial progress in trial. Further submission is that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken the deceased with him and except that there is no other allegation against him and petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2017.

No.27316 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 159 of 2017, arising out of Phulparas P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015, on the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he will co-operate in disposal of trial.
