The petitioner, who is the Bhaisur of the deceased lady, is in custody since 17.01.2018 in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No.63 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and no specific role has been attached.
