Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two mobile sets are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when he was apprehended by the police on railway platform. Out of the aforesaid two mobile sets, one is said to be stolen property.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 9.2.2016 and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in G.R.P.S. Case no. 09/2016.
