2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 09.02.2015 issued under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act and for connected reliefs.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is being disposed of with consent of the parties, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery
