Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is inordinate delay in lodging the first information report without any explanation. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2325 of 2017. Petitioners are students and have no criminal antecedent.

No.8470 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
