Petitioners seek bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C/7-363 of 2016 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are driver and cleaner of the seized vehicle. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 29.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3327 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. C/7-363 of 2016.
