JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-09-2023 Heard Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Zila Parishad.

2. Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Zila Parishad, Samastipur informs that petitioner has been paid the dues as claimed for in the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.10577 of 2022 dt.15-09-2023 2/2 and same has been communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 18.08.2023 and the amount has been credited into the account of the petitioner. However, no acknowledgment with respect to the above has been placed on record.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the Zila Parishad, Samastipur, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Samastipur to verify as to whether the entire amount has been credited into the account of the petitioner in terms of the letter dated 18.08.2023, issued to the petitioner.

4. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he may take appropriate legal action against the Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Samastipur for having given incorrect information to this Court.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
