Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and marriage of the petitioner had taken place with the deceased in the year 1994 but the informant claims that the petitioner had illicit relation with his Bhabi and that was the reason, he killed the deceased. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased committed suicide due to petty family feud and dead body of the deceased was cremated in presence of the informant but subsequently, at the instigation of enemies of the petitioner, informant lodged the present case. It is further submitted that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.30023 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner is in jail custody since 2.3.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Mufassil P.S.
