The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1121 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 365 of Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Sections 364-A, 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code were added.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has been remanded in the instant case from Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018. Petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court in that case vide order dated 8.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 29841 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1121 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
