Patna High Court CWJC No.240 of 2012 (7) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By order dated 15.10.2014, learned counsel for the J.P. University was directed to seek instructions as to whether there was any distinction between the case of the original writ petitioner and Ganesh Ram and Dhrubdeo Ram.

Counter affidavit has been filed today in which there is categorical statement that the case of the petitioner is similar/same to that of Ganesh Ram and Dhrubdeo Ram. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent University to make payments of the amount due to the late husband of the petitioner, in similar terms to what had been ordered by the Court in the case of Ganesh Ram and Dhrubdeo Ram and payments made by the University to them.

The aforesaid be done within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order upon the respondents no. 3 and 4, failing which over and above what is required to be paid, the petitioner shall be entitled to further interest @ 9% per annum, which shall be recovered from the respondents no. 3 and 4.
