The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017 in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 414 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there has been no recovery from his conscious procession. It is further submitted, by means of supplementary affidavit, all that has been recovered from his possession are some pieces of silver and none of the items which are alleged to have been stolen has been recovered from his shop.
