ANSARI ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Seen the Registry's noting, dated 11.05.2015, and pursuant thereto it is hereby directed that in the order, dated 23.04.2015, passed in this application, the expression "Sections 323/341/325/306/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code" shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as "Sections 323/341/325/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code" and also the expression "within two weeks from today" shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as "within two weeks from today i.e., 13.05.2015".
In terms of the above correction in the order, dated 23.04.2015 aforementioned, Registry shall take necessary follow up actions.
