The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 447, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties in which both the parties have levelled allegations of attacking each other as can be seen from the first information report and also from Annexure-3. It is further submitted that petitioner had filed a case bearing Bidupur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 and the present case has been lodged subsequently only as counter blast to the same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49521 of 2014 (2) dt.14-05-2015 Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
