ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 12.9.2013 passed by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge III, Saharsa in S.T. No.144 of 2013 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. case No.38 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. No.132 of 2008. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Saharsa, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
