In the present application the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to arrest the accused in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 343 of 2014. From the counter affidavit it transpires that upon investigation the police has submitted final form before the Court concerned finding it to be a land dispute case.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1083 of 2014 (6) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the application having become infructuous stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law before the Court below where the police has submitted final form.
