On 13.07.2015, in view of the copy of the counter affidavit having been served on counsel for the petitioner on the same day on a prayer made by him, the matter was adjourned.

No rejoinder has been filed.

In the present application the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to arrest the accused in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 343 of 2014. From the counter affidavit it transpires that upon investigation the police has submitted final form before the Court concerned finding it to be a land dispute case.
