Patna High Court CWJC No.11758 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 From perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has filed the present application for restraining the respondents from holding annual general meeting of Bihar Cricket Association which is scheduled to be held on 25th May, 2019.

In view of the fact that the meeting was scheduled to be held on 25th May, 2019 the petitioner on Yesterday as well as today did not appear and as such the Court has reason to believe that the present application has become infructuous as no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he has any grievance with regard to holding of annual general meeting, the petitioner may approach before the competent authority in appropriating proceeding. With the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of as not pressed.
