The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 20.8.2013 by which the 1st Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in Criminal Revision No. 06 of 2012 has affirmed the order dated 19.8.2011 passed by the S.D.M., Gogari, in Case No. 468M of 1994 in a Proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P.C. Since the Proceeding is of the year 1999 and such provisions of law are for emergent purposes only, I see no reason for
