JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 364 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that theft has been committed in the mobile shop of the informant and 190 pieces of mobiles were stolen.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Pawan Pandey during investigation. He is not named in the written report.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11576 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 22.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13337 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
