The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are stated to have come variously armed, of having assaulted the informant and others and it is further stated that the petitioner took out Rs. 15,000/- from the pocket of Abhay Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The allegations are false and concocted. Even accepting the allegations for the sake of argument, it is submitted that the allegation of assault is against the other accused persons and not

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case no. 26 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
