The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the alleged amount of Rs. 8,060/-, which is said to be withdrawn from C.S.P. of petitioner, has already been deposited in the same account by the co-accused Mritunjay Kumar. Petitioner is KIOSK operator and bears no criminal antecedent and no irregularity has been found in the inquiry report of D.R.D.A., Sheikhpura.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40240 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha (Keoti) P.S.
