Sri Ranjit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for Patna Municipal Corporation, submits that in this case show cause has been filed and vide Annexure - 'A' to the show cause grievance of petitioner was considered and order has been passed. He submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with.
