JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yogendra Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing. Petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail in inasmuch as earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 18.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc No. 29912/2020 (Annexure-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and further on the date of occurrence the petitioner was hospitalized and doctor's prescription has been annexed at Annexure-3 to this petition in support of the same.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50676 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration that earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected on merit by a detailed order, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner for the second time. Accordingly, the same is, hereby, rejected.
