The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kishan Ganj Complaint Case No. C-945/2013 registered under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of D.P. Act. Prosecution case, in short, is that complainant Priyanka Kumari Verma filed a complaint before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishan Ganj and alleging therein that on 14.3.2008, her marriage was solemnized with Amit Kumar Gupta according to Hindu Custom. They were enjoyed conjugal life for two years happily but thereafter all accused persons started

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21346 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 demanding one motor cycle as a dowry from her and after not fulfilment of dowry they tortured and assaulted to her. It is further alleged that all accused persons were not providing food to her and her child and then complainant came to paternal house and filed complaint case against the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the complainant- informant that they are ready to stay together. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Complaint Case No. C-945/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
