====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition, but at the same time he has submitted that no case was found true against the petitioner under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit. The learned court below may take notice of the fact that no case has been found true under Section 307 of the IPC against the petitioner.
