Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Riga P.S.case No.44/17 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she has named the other accused persons but not this petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.36292 of 2019(3) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.44 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
