Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11035 of 2022.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2021.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S.
