The petitioner seeks bail in Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 12/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Only 03 litres of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.03.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about two months for recovery of 03 litres of liquor, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20523 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 12/2017.
