This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.03.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in Complaint Case No. 1611 of 2002 by which the learned Magistrate has rejected the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 245 Cr. P.C. for discharge.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21942 of 2015 dt.26-03-2018 2/2 below has mentioned in the report that judgment has already been passed on 16.02.2016 and all the accused persons have been acquitted. 4.
