Patna High Court CWJC No.4894 of 2014 (5) dt.15-01-2015 3 / 3 present writ application at the instance of the so called Association which has filed the writ application, the Court would like the Executive Director, Bihar State Health Society to consider the grievances of these petitioners, as enumerated in Annexures 7/A and 7/B of the writ application. After examining the position the Executive Director will pass an appropriate order and communicate his considered decision to the petitioners. If the grievances are redressed, they will be more happy and if not, they can invoke the forum of their liking for redressal of their grievances. Such a decision must be taken within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
