Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of Damage to Property Act and Section 61 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Moreover, having similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted either privilege of regular bail or anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
